Carles
Solà Pijuan
Naturalist, Entomologyst,
and Nature Photographer.
Beenb born in July of 1972, Altorricón, Huesca
(SPAIN).
I studied Secondary Education and in 1995 I entered the
Superior Technical School of Engineer Agronomists of the
University of Lleida, to attend Forest Engineering, who
I did not finish by economic reasons.
I have worked during several years like Gardener, Installer
of solarchecks for automobiles and more recently for the
Service of Forest Prevention of fire of the Government of
Catalonia.
There am compaginadi always the work with multiple activities
of environmental education, having made works as monitor
in excursions to present the fauna and the ecosystems our
region like steppes, our forests, wetlands and also of our
mountains.
Parallelly I make diverse works of investigation surroundings
to the insects, having participated in Technical Days and
some entomological publications.
I belong to the following societies:

I.C.H.N.: Catalan Institution of Natural Story.

Association of Friends of the Zoological Museum of Barcelona.
