i-adjective + ku く

hayaku はやく	"fastly", fast (as in "I did it fast")
osoku おそく	slowly / "lately", late (as in "arriving late")
komakaku こまかく	detailedly
omoshiloku おもしろく	interestingly

The word yoku よく is said to be the adverbial form of ii いい "it's OK". It may mean "well" or "often":

yoku よく iku いく often goes (I) go there often

yoku よく yatta やった well did it (you) did it well

yoku よく kaki かき kuu くう a lot persimmon eats eats a lot of persimmons
